Shipping Process
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email including details about your items. This also automatically means that we have started to work on your order dispatch.
On average, please allow for 1-2 days before we pack everything and send it to the address you provided. Once dispatched, it usually takes additional 2-4 days before the order arrives to you.
At the time of dispatch, we will notify you again via email and in the same email, you will receive your tracking code.
We offer free shipping on all orders within United States including Hawaii and Alaska.
Cancellations
Do you need to cancel your order? Contact us at sales@hvacsup.com as soon as possible, attach your order number as well please.
If you are too late, you can always proceed with the standard return process - we do not have a restocking fee, so you will pay only the return shipping costs.
Lost or delayed orders:
If after 6 days your order still has not arrived, contact us at sales@hvacsup.com. Sorry for the inconvenience, but this can happen.
Eco-friendly packaging:
We treat Mother Earth with care and minimize the use of plastic. We eliminate the use of plastic spouts in our bottles and encourage our customers to reuse the spouts on their next purchase.
Damaged orders
In the unlikely case your items arrived damaged, it is important you reach out to us at sales@hvacsup.com within 24 hours. Attach pictures of the damage, your order number and a short explanation. Our customer support team will get in touch ASAP to remedy the situation.
